April 17, 2025 – Rochester, NY – Eastview announces the Grand Opening of well-known California Lifestyle retailer, PacSun. Known for their dedication to delivering exclusive collections of the most relevant brands and styles to a community of inspired youth, PacSun is the go-to for the latest jeans, cargos, graphic tees, accessories, swimwear, and more.
The familiar favorite PacSun returns to Eastview in a newly remodeled 5,001 square foot storefront in the JCPenney Wing. The last tenant in the new PacSun space, PINK, joined Victoria’s Secret in the Dick’s House of Sport Wing and reopened a combined store.
PacSun features popular brands including Formula 1, Levis, Reebok, Brandy Melville, Fear Of God, Von Dutch, Umbro, and more. This weekend at Eastview, PacSun shoppers can save big as almost everything in the store is buy one, get one half off.

Last week, Eastview Mall announced four additions that will join the shopping center and enhance the tenant mix – Capital One Café, Fries Fries Fries, Fabletics, and Rowan – all are the first of their kind in the Rochester market. Capital One Café will open outside of Dick’s House of Sport, Fries Fries Fries in the Food Court, Fabletics in the Macy’s Wing, and Rowan will open in the Von Maur Wing.
In addition to new merchants, Eastview announced three current tenants – Box Lunch, Buckle, and Amita’s Xpress Spa – will open fully remodeled stores in new locations. Pop culture specialty retailer Box Lunch will expand and relocate to Main Court, Demin leader Buckle will move around the corner next to new tenant Brooks Brothers, and locally owned Amita’s returns to their former space inside Entrance #3.
