June 4, 2024 – Rochester, NY – Eastview announces two more exciting additions to the property. Coming this Fall, la Vie en Rose, and in the Spring of 2025 familiar favorite, PacSun, will return to Eastview. Late last month, Aur Society was announced at Eastview and will be opening this Fall 2024. Longtime shopper favorites, Victoria’s Secret and PINK will combine into a newly renovated storefront this summer.
Familiar favorite PacSun is returning to Eastview in 2025. California Lifestyle retailer PacSun is dedicated to delivering an exclusive collection of the most relevant brands and styles to a community of inspired youth; PacSun is the go-to for the latest jeans, cargos, graphic tees, swimwear, and more. The new 5,001 square foot store will be in the JCPenney Wing and is expected to open in the first half of 2025.
Family owned business and Canadian leader in the lingerie and swimwear industry, la Vie en Rose will occupy 3,637 square feet in the JCPenney Wing. la Vie en Rose focuses on providing people with high-quality and affordable undergarments, lingerie, loungewear, sleepwear, swimwear and beachwear. la Vie en Rose is based in Montréal, has more than 220 stores across Canada, and has been growing internationally since 2004; la Vie en Rose Eastview is slated to open this Fall and will be one of two stores opening in the United States this year.

On May 21, Eastview announced lifestyle brand, Aur Society. A brand-new women’s wear concept, Aur Society offers trend-setting fashion and accessories; each collection within the brand offers its own unique style, from affordable to luxury pieces. Aur Society combines the latest technology and customized collections with a strong focus on experiential shopping. The 6,502 square foot Eastview storefront will be one of their first ever and is slated to open in Fall 2024.
In addition to these new merchants, longtime Eastview staple Victoria’s Secret will begin a full remodel of their store located in the Dick’s House of Sport Wing. Construction is scheduled to begin in early June 2024 and will be completed within months; at the time of store reopening, their sister brand PINK will move to join Victoria’s Secret and the two retailers will reopen side-by-side in the newly remodeled 10,700 square foot space. Until the remodel is complete, Victoria’s Secret has a temporary space in the Macy’s Wing, and PINK remains open in the JCPenney Wing.
In addition to the merchants announced above, Eastview has opened more than seven merchants in the last twelve months including national brands Barnes & Noble, MINISO, Dry Goods, and Warby Parker.
